Smart Steps To Healthy Eating

Follow my blog with Bloglovin In order for you to loose the weight and maintain it, it is imperative you train yourself to have healthy eating habits! 



With that said, you must plan your meals ahead of time so that this process will be successful. 


1). First write down your entire weekly meal plan so that you can take it with you when you go to the supermarkets. Make sure to include healthy snacks because it is a necessity between meals!


2). Bring the list with you; this process is essential in order to select the proper healthy foods when you shop at the supermarket. Also, select low fat/fat free condiments because this can increase your calorie intake.

3).  Do not, I repeat DO NOT attempt to visit the supermarket with an empty stomach! This will entice you to select foods that are not healthy for you.

(4). Last but not least, plan to take meals and snacks where every you go to prevent that moment of weakness that is around us every second of the day. Don't expect your friend Barbara to have salad or chicken cutlet at the barbecue that she invited you to!  I always carry a small cooler in back of my SUV where every I go. I filled it up with water, a few fruits, veggies and a healthy meal or two.
